REJUVENATE THE TRAVELLER IN YOU!
- After a long and tiring journey, refresh yourself before arriving at your destination.
1. Make The Time
If you are flying, freshen up on the plan about 30 minutes before you land. If you are travelling with children, you may need longer to freshen up! For road travellers, make regular stops at R&R area along the highway to avoid travel fatigue.
2. Brush Your Teeth
This is especially so if you have been travelling for more than 8 hours. Remember, our mouth is home to countless bacteria.
3. Wash Your Face
Splash water on your face tp freshen up and tp let your tired skin cells breathe. Ladies, apply simple and light make-up. During long haul flights, you should regularly reapply your skin moisturizer and lip balm, topping up with sunscreen protection factor prior to landing.
4. Pamper Yourself
Who says smelling good is not importante? A splash of cologne a 'must' after a long journey.
5. Drink Aqua
Drink water to keep your cells hydrated and to feel energised. ;-)
6. Chew Gum
Chewing sugarless gum not only helps to keep breath fresh, it also suppresses oral bacteria levels.
7. Smile ( Most important..hehe..)
The most importante thing to do is to smile to put yourself in the right mood for that holiday. After all, you have gone the distance, sooo..enjoy yourself!
